What you will do:

• Collaboration: Unleash your collaborative spirit with design and art conjurers to ensure the seamless infusion of game mechanics, features, and visuals.
• Architectural Prowess: Spearhead the development process, driving the technical architecture to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Hands-On Approach: Be hands-on, actively involved in coding, debugging, and creative problem-solving.
• Code Quality: Undertake code reviews and offer constructive feedback to maintain top-tier code quality and best practices.
• Cultural Champion: Supporter an atmosphere of collaboration and inclusivity, promoting open communication and the sharing of knowledge.
• Project Collaboration: Engage with product managers and stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stay Current: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into your development process as needed.
• Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to your team members, helping them tackle technical challenges and foster their professional growth.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks while suggesting solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Recruitment Support: Lend your powers to the HR scribes in summoning new members to the fellowship.

What We're Looking For:

• 3D Game Development: Prove your mastery of game development using the Unity engine, wielding a strong portfolio of successful game projects (a minimum of 3 years spent exploring the world of 3D graphics).
• Game Development Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of game development principles, including the secrets of gameplay mechanics, physics, AI, and optimization techniques.
• Technical Proficiency: Be fluent in the C# programming language and the Unity Editor, capable of inscribing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• 3D Graphics: Experience working with the 3D graphics pipeline, which includes shader creation and optimization.
• Problem Solving: Problem-solving capabilities and a knack for thinking creatively to conquer technical hurdles.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal talents, fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Gaming Passion: A deep passion for gaming, coupled with a strong user-centered approach, and a sharp focus on providing outstanding player experiences.
• Leadership Balance: Effective leadership and a commitment to maintaining a harmonious equilibrium between technical roles and leadership duties to meet project goals and foster team growth.
• Educational Background:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
